The clients needed to know of any defects and exceptional costs that might be incurred. They also needed insight into the operation of the building, to make sure that it suited their particular purpose. We were able to assess the condition of the building and to advise on maintenance. We were also able to advise on the fire safety, solar gain, ventilation, and other matters of specific concern.
