Defects Advice - Church

Croyland Building Surveyors are routinely engaged in the inspection of buildings to diagnose unresolved defects.

The church roof had been leaking for many years and had been re-covered, but without success. Various inspections had been made but the roof still leaked. We were asked to produce an expert report on the causes and to recommend remedial work. After careful inspection, with reference to records held at the parish and interviews with parishioners, we were able to identify several defects and to make clear recommendations back to the diocese.
