Exterior repairs are essential work for Croyland Surveyors.

We operate on the principle that experience of repair work leads to better knowledge of how buildings work (or fail) and this makes for a better surveyor when inspecting a new purchase – and vice versa. No other profession operates in this way in the building industry.

Cambridge Centre for Sixth Form Studies (CCSS) have asked us to manage repairs and alterations to their building near the centre of Cambridge. The work included roof and gutter repairs, brick cleaning, window repairs and redecorations, all with students in residence.
