Office Fit Out - Holborn

Long-term clients, Shed Media Group, having merged with Warner Brothers UK, required additional space in Holborn, Central London.

Croyland Building Surveyors carried out the pre-acquisition survey of this eight storey building, of characteristic 1980’s construction.  The landlord had undertaken a certain amount of refurbishment but our survey revealed several areas requiring improvement.  We negotiated and monitored repairs to be carried out by the landlord.  We were also engaged by our clients to project manage, tender and procure the fitting-out of offices, meeting rooms and catering facilities.  This involved the introduction of supplementary air-conditioning and ventilation to enhance the landlord’s base build, and widespread modifications to other mechanical and electrical installations.

The project was delivered on time and on budget, on a difficult site, and without disturbing the operation of the ground floor restaurant.
