Croyland Building Surveyors are retained by King’s School, Ely, one of the oldest educational institutions in the country.

We have inspected all the historic estate during school holiday periods to establish long term maintenance requirements with minimum disruption to the client. Most buildings are listed or within the curtilage of the precincts of Ely Cathedral. Thorough inspection was made using specialist access equipment  and budget estimates have been made and prioritised to facilitate long term planning of the estate management.
