Project Management - Gymnasium

Croyland Building Surveyors were appointed by clients to manage the conversion of large retail premises to a new gymnasium.

The building was essentially a large industrial shed of basic steel construction. It had been altered by the landlord who wanted to sublet the space. Croyland Building Surveyors developed the scope of works and produced the design of the interiors and the ventilation, lighting, showers, and other services. We managed the liaison between the main contractor and the client’s specialist installers of the gym equipment, IT, access control turnstiles, and display systems.
